Birthday Party and Private Spiritual Pamper Sessions

We love teen birthday celebrations, pregnancy celebrations, women's birthdays, hen's (we will not tolerate the use of drugs or alcohol), and any other celebration that allows space for a spiritual alignment, a moment of zen, or a simple relaxation for a moment in time. 

It's completely up to you!

Minimum time is generally 1.5-2 hours, depending on what you wish to include. Or we can do the full monty for around 4 hours, including a little break in between to have some nourishing snacks or a cheeky gelato for the teens. 

Light movement to invite positive energy within

Join us as we begin with light movement to move positive Chi energy through our bodies. Qigong is an ancient energy flow of exercise that opens your heart, mind and creates a beautiful flow of energy in the form of meditation and movement. Edita will bring you to a space of warmth, calm and zen. You don't have to participate, you can simply meditate during light movement if you prefer. 

No. We don't cater for actual birthday cakes

We can include (for a fee), a nourishing food platter that includes seasonal fruits, crackers, cheeses, salami's, dips etc. Vegan and gluten free options always available. We can also include drinks such as tea, water, coffee, and some wine (18+ years only and towards the end of the session). We do not allow for birthday decorations or cakes as we like to keep the studio clean and tidy. Our space is to celebrate your special moment in a place of complete calm, zen and spiritual wonderment. 

We will let you know, specific to your group. The basics that we will provide: 

• A yoga mat, small cushion and small blanket, water, tea and some light refreshments. 

What to bring with you:

• Wear loose fitted clothes for comfort
• Pillow and blanket (if you prefer your own)
• A yoga mat (if you prefer your own)
• Journal (optional)
• Water bottle

Please arrive 10 minutes before session start time.

We will open the studio doors upstairs around 5-10 minutes before the start of your session. Feel free to use the toilets at the end of the hall before coming in so that you have an uninterrupted celebration. 

We welcome women of all ages. Minimum age is 12 years.

We require a non refundable deposit to block the studio space out. We also close our shop to the public so it is important to take a non refundable deposit so that we can schedule our time accordingly. All payments are required at least 14 days in advance due to catering and organising external resources.
